What is the shipping and delivery policy at Arlo?
Orders are processed pending availability and payment confirmation. Orders placed on or before 11:00 a.m. PT will begin processing on the same business day. Arlo will contact you with a follow-up email if the product you have selected is not currently in stock or if the retailer needs additional information for credit verification. After placing your order and when your payment is confirmed, Arlo will ship your order within one business day. A shipping confirmation with a tracking code will then be emailed to you. You normally will receive your order within one to three business days. Ground shipping is free of charge for qualifying orders over $35 and if your order is shipped within the Arlo shipping region (except Alaska or Hawaii).
What is the return policy for Arlo?
Arlo's return policy allows for products purchased from Arlo.com to be returned during the first 30 days from the date of shipment. Arlo will refund the full purchase price, but shipping costs are non-refundable.
