What is Cedar Point's ticket refund policy?
Cedar Point does not allow refunds or exchanges of tickets. All ticket sales are final. Therefore, purchase only when you have firmed up your plans and are satisfied with the type of ticket and all add-ons. Double-check the date rules and what's included before making a payment to avoid purchasing the wrong item.
What forms of payment does Cedar Point accept?
Cedar Point accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express for park admission, restaurants and at most gift shops and quick service food locations. In addition, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at most locations as contactless forms of payment.
Deos Cedar Point Amusement Park offer gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase gift cards in our online store ahead of your visit. In addition, they’re available at all Cedar Point hotel properties, Bay Harbor Restaurant, Main Gate ticket windows and the Marina Office. Gift cards are not valid for arcade or midway games or at Panda Express. Gift cards are not accepted for online purchases.
What is Fast Lane, and does it include admission to the park?
Fast Lane is an extra pass that allows you to skip the long lines on select rides. It works on 22 rides and attractions in the park. There's also Fast Lane Plus, which includes all those rides, plus the top ones, such as Steel Vengeance and Top Thrill Dragster. Cedar Point Amusement Park sells a limited number of passes daily, and each pass is valid only for the day you choose. You'll still need a regular park ticket, as none cover this area.
