Earn free standard shipping on orders of $65 or more. Otherwise, standard shipping is $7.95. Two-day shipping is $18. Next-day shipping is $23. Orders placed before 11 a.m. CT on weekdays will begin processing that day (excluding holidays), otherwise the order will be processed the next day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. CT on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
What is Franco Sarto’s return and exchange policy?
There are more than 2,600 drop-off locations to return unworn shoes. You have 45 days to make a return. Start a free return from your order. Drop off your shoes in their original condition and original box at the closest Happy Returns Return Bar. Once there, your refund is processed immediately.
