What's the shipping and delivery policy?
Much of SUNFLOW's gear ships from their New Jersey warehouse within about 1–5 business days after your order is placed. Standard shipping within the Continental U.S. carries a flat rate of $20 per chair order with accessories packed free inside, and $10 for accessories-only orders that aren't part of a chair purchase. Express shipping costs vary based on your location and product selection.
How do returns and exchanges work?
Returns are accepted on unused, full-price items within 30 days of delivery. For chairs returned unused, SUNFLOW deducts a $20 return shipping fee per chair box from your refund; accessories returned separately incur a $15 return shipping fee per box. Original outbound shipping is not refunded, and sale or clearance merchandise is typically final sale. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within about seven business days after returns are received and inspected.
How do I apply a SUNFLOW promo or coupon code?
Before completing checkout, enter your SUNFLOW promo or SUNFLOW discount code in the "discount" box. If valid, your order total updates instantly. Some codes require minimum spends, like for bundles or multi-chair discounts, and promo codes usually cannot stack with other offers unless explicitly allowed.
