What’s the shipping and delivery policy?
Goodee ships across the U.S. and Canada with rates calculated at checkout. Orders typically leave the warehouse within 2 to 5 business days. Standard ground is the most economical, while air delivery is available for an added fee. Free shipping promos occasionally run but exclude Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are shipped duty-paid, so international customers in these two countries won’t face hidden customs charges.
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes, Goodee accepts returns within 30 days for most products, and within 14 days for furniture and rugs. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. Customized products are final sale. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless Goodee shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged.
Does Goodee have a physical store?
Goodee operates online only but has been known to host pop-up events in Montreal, Toronto, New York, and Los Angeles. Subscribers to the newsletter often get first notice of these temporary showrooms.
Does Goodee offer a loyalty or rewards program?
