The printer keeps track of ink usage on its own and detects when levels are getting low. Before ink runs out, it places an order automatically and ships replacements directly to your home. This process helps prevent printing interruptions and removes the need to manually monitor ink supplies or place separate refill orders.
What occurs if I print more pages than my plan allows?
When your monthly page limit is exceeded, and there are no rollover pages available, extra pages are billed individually. The cost per page depends on the specific subscription plan you selected. These charges are added to your account automatically, allowing you to continue printing without service disruption.
What rules apply if I decide to cancel the HP All In Plan?
The subscription can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel after the 30-day trial and within the first two years, or three years for Smart Tank models, an early termination fee applies. After cancellation, you must send back the printer along with any remaining ink supplies.
Does the printer become mine once the subscription ends?
The printer does not transfer to your ownership when the subscription concludes. It remains the property of HP throughout the plan. If you cancel the service, you are required to return the printer and any unused ink cartridges. Keeping the hardware after cancellation is not permitted under the program terms.
