What is the Mike's Bikes shipping and delivery policy?
This merchant offers free FedEx ground shipping for orders above $99+ within the contiguous United States. If you live outside of the contiguous lower 48 states or would like to have your order expedited, please contact customer service. Cargo bikes, tandem bikes, and wire bead tires do not qualify for free shipping due to size. Cannondale, Santa Cruz, Cervelo, Gazelle, Pivot, and other bikes ship for FREE, but there will be a $79 Wheelsmith Gold Label Assembly added at checkout (reg. $100) to cover the professional bike build and re-packaging by certified Wheelsmith technicians.
How do returns work?
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, the merchant will gladly accept returns in a like-new condition. Bicycles may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery or receiving (shipping and re-stocking fees may apply). Gear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery or receiving. Items must be in new condition, with all original packaging, and with all manuals and accessories included. Items returned damaged, used, or without packaging are subject to a restocking fee or a partial refund based on the market value of the returned product. All apparel must be returned new, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags where applicable. All shoes must be returned in a new condition and show no signs of installation of parts or hardware. Special Orders and Closeout items are final sale and do not qualify for refunds. All refunds require the original receipt. For returns without an original receipt, you might get store credit. You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label (cost to be deducted from final refund amount). Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used. Shipping and assembly fees are non-refundable.
