How does shipping work?
Orders are processed on weekdays and usually head out within a day of being scanned. Shipping takes about 3 to 5 business days, depending on where you live. Every order comes with tracking, so you won’t be left wondering where your family’s memories are. Occasionally, free shipping promos pop up on larger jobs.
Do I have to hit a minimum order size?
No minimum photo count, but there is a $40 minimum charge per order. If you only have 20 prints, you’ll still pay that base price. So it’s worth digging up a few extra albums to get more bang for your buck.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your package is on the move, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. They use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the job.
What if I’m not happy with the scans?
Because scanning is a custom service, they can’t refund a finished job. But they will make it right, whether that means re-scanning, fixing files, or replacing a damaged USB. You don’t have to pay twice for mistakes.
