ScentBox offers free exchanges, so you can exchange a fragrance you don't like for something you like. For full-size bottles and gift sets, ScentBox offers a 30-day store credit policy for unused or unopened products. Unfortunately, they don't offer cash refunds.
What is ScentBox's shipping and delivery policy?
ScentBox offers free shipping on full-size bottle orders. The 1ml sample size incurs a flat shipping fee. Subscription boxes ship four times a month, with order cutoff seven days before delivery. Delivery for subscription boxes takes 7-10 business days. Orders outside the subscription will take 10-15 business days.
Does ScentBox have buy now, pay later options?
Use 3-party finance providers Sezzle and Zip to get your goods at checkout and settle the bills later. Download your preferred provider app and log in. Find ScentBox and create a virtual card. Use this card during checkout at ScentBox to split your payments into 4, interest-free payments spread over 6 weeks.
How do I redeem coupons at ScentBox?
