What is SFERRA's shipping and delivery policy?
Orders ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) with complimentary Ground delivery to the 48 contiguous states on most items. Oversized items, like rugs and mattress toppers, may incur a fee. Most orders ship within one business day. However, some orders may take up to three business days to process. Orders placed after noon ET will be processed the following business day. Please note that during promotional periods and the annual warehouse inventory (first week in January), it may take up to six business days to fulfill and ship your order, which does not include transit days. How do returns and exchanges work?
SFERRA offers returns up to 30 days after receiving your order. Item(s) must be in their original packaging and condition, with labels attached. Laundered items cannot be returned. Item(s) marked online as "Final Sale" are ineligible for exchange or refund. Custom and made-to-order items, including monogrammed items, custom table linens, wool rugs, mattresses, bed frames, fabric and made-to-order collections are ineligible for exchange or refund, unless there is a manufacturer's defect or error. Any issues with a custom order must be reported to SFERRA within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise Returns are refunded to the original method of payment. Exchanges cannot be made. We invite you to return any unwanted item(s) and make a new purchase.
