How does shipping work at SheVibe?
Orders received Monday through Friday are generally processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Your order may ship in more than one package. You will be notified of multiple shipments via an email shipping confirmation and all available tracking numbers will be provided to you. If you change your mind, you have one hour from the time your order is placed to cancel. After that time, your order may not be cancelled. Orders of $500 or more require a signature for delivery. Free Shipping applies to qualifying U.S. orders of $68 or more (after discounts, before taxes). Economy Shipping is $8, and available on orders that don't qualify for free shipping ($10.00 for Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico). Preferred Shipping is $11.50 and available on all orders in the contiguous United States.
How do refunds or exchanges work?
