What is the TONS shipping policy?
TONS utilizes UPS for all orders within the United States. UPS Ground Shipping: Three to seven business days, free for all orders over $349 otherwise $20. UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping: Two business days, $30, orders placed by 1 pm ET on business days (Monday through Friday) will ship that same day otherwise the next business day. UPS Next Day Air Shipping: One business day, $50, orders placed by 1 pm ET on business days (Monday through Friday) will ship that same day otherwise the next business day. You will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. Please note that delivery time frames begin from the dispatch date.
What about returns and exchanges with TONS?
The merchant accepts returns on full-priced items and sale items that are not marked as FINAL SALE and meet the following conditions. Clothing and shoes are eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit with the exception of vintage and final sale items. Jewelry, handbags, and accessories are eligible for store credit only. Non-returnable items include perfumes and other beauty products, intimates/lingerie, swimwear, socks and hosiery, leather items, and hats and caps. Items must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, with all original tags attached. Return requests must be made within seven days of purchase. You have seven days from receiving your order to ship the return. Contact customer service to initiate a return. A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund as well as the shipping fee (if one was paid). Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, like holidays.
