What is the Navimow returns process?
If you are not satisfied with an order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The robotic mower must be completely unused, clean, and in its original packaging with all accessories included. You should email their support team to initiate the process and obtain official authorization.
What is the Navimow refund policy?
The company will inspect your returned order within five business days of arrival. If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method, though a 20 percent restocking fee usually applies. Original shipping costs are not refundable. It may take up to 10 days for the funds to show on your statement.
Can Navimow ship internationally?
Navimow primarily ships orders to addresses within the United States from its domestic website. They do not offer direct international shipping to locations outside of their specific regional stores.
