All stock/non-customized items will be shipped the same day if you place the order before if placed before 3 p.m. CT Monday through Friday. Otherwise, these types of orders will ship the following business day. The merchant does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Vinyl or plastic wristbands need a lead time of seven business days, while custom Tyvek bands need a lead time of just one business day. If you need your vinyl or plastic wristbands sooner, you can select the rush production option during the customization step. Wristband Express will follow up with an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Wristband Express utilizes the following FedEx shipping options: Ground Economy Ground (FedEx SmartPost) 3-Day Select 2nd Day Air Next Day Air Shipping options are automatically calculated using your ZIP code.
How do refunds and returns work?
All stock/non-customized orders can be returned for a full product refund up to 30 days from the shipment of the stock product. All returned items must be in acceptable condition in order to receive a full refund. This merchant does not charge a restocking fee. However, original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders with customized items or factory seconds items are not refundable.
