Aera ships across the contiguous U.S. from Milwaukee, WI. They offer free shipping on orders above $50 and a standard shipping fee for all other orders. Aera does ship internationally. Processing orders takes 3-5 business days, and delivery depends on your region.
What is Aera's returns and refunds policy?
Aera offers a "Happiness Guaranteed" policy, which covers returns within 60 days for most items. You must provide an order for all claims. If an item is damaged/defective on arrival, Aera will replace it. Aera will cover all return shipping costs. Samples are not eligible for return. Contact Customer Care first to obtain an Authorization Return number.
