The return must include your order number or it may be delayed up to 21 business days. Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. This inspection process can take three to five business days. Funds are typically returned to the original form of payment shortly after, though exact timing may depend on the bank or credit card issuer.
