What is the shipping policy of Baby Jogger?
The merchant will release your order to the warehouse within three to four business days after confirming payment. The standard shipping method is Fed Ex Ground, and delivery will be based upon their delivery time frames. Ground orders are expected to be delivered between five and seven business days. Express orders are expected to be delivered between two and five business days. Baby Jogger only ships within the United States of America. While APO/FPO addresses are accepted, they cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
How do refunds and returns work?
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unused condition. Returns will be credited for the product only. Returns are free through the Return Portal. If you bought a jogger stroller, you have a 100-day free trial. If you aren't completely satisfied with the jogger stroller, return it for a full refund minus the shipping.
