Orders received Monday to Friday by 1 p.m. ET for any address will ship out the same day. After this time, orders will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday, if it is a business day.
How do returns and exchanges work?
Unopened, non-perishable gifts in their original packaging can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the order date. Pursuant to health and safety regulations, the merchant is unable to exchange or accept returns on food products. Non-perishable items, however, may be exchanged. Gifts must be unopened and in original packaging. Exchanges or returns are valid for 30 days from the order date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
