Bloomscape does not offer free shipping. Delivery fees vary based on the size of plants in your order. Shipping for plants ranges from $3 for extra small plants up to $50 for tree-size plants. Care items and tools ship for $5. All shipping costs are listed at checkout.
What is Bloomscape's return policy?
Bloomscape does not accept plant returns at this time. Bloomscape guarantees that its plants will arrive healthy and all plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival. If your plant arrives dead, Bloomscape will send you a replacement for free. If your plant arrived damaged, and you made your purchase less than 30 days ago, visit bloomscape.com/contact-us and fill out the form with your order number and photos of the damaged item. For pot, tool, and other plant care products, Bloomscape will accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged items and accessories within 14 days of delivery. A $10 return shipping and stocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund.
