FedEx Ground Service may take from one to seven days, depending on your delivery address. Select items under 9 pounds sent from the New York warehouse may be shipped using Smart Post. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. FedEx Express Saver offers third day delivery, while FedEx 2 Day provides second-day delivery. The company cannot deliver to P.O Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Residential Ground deliveries are Tuesday through Saturday; Monday delivery requires Priority Service (FedEx Express Saver or FedEx 2nd Day). Commercial Ground and Express address deliveries are Monday through Friday.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from briggs-riley.com, you may return any eligible unused merchandise that has the original hangtags attached within 30 days of receipt. International orders, Repair Kits, and E-gift Cards are not eligible for return. If your product is monogrammed, please note that a $20 restock fee will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more than one item from your order, you must submit each return request individually. Each item should be shipped separately, and use the unique shipping label provided. For exchanges, you must return the original item and then place a new order.

If your bag or its contents are damaged by an airline and you wish to hold them responsible, you must file a claim with the carrier before leaving the airport. If you choose not to file a claim at the airport and instead wish for Briggs & Riley to repair your bag, they will do so at no charge. Due to the nature of certain types of repairs and normal wear and tear, it is not always possible to return your bag to its original condition.
