It takes 3 to 4 business days to process orders. Orders over $100 in the mainland U.S. enjoy free shipping. The slowest shipping options deliver orders in 5 to 15 days, while the second-tier option takes 4 to 6 business days. These two options do not ship to P.O. Boxes. The 2-day delivery option and priority mail take 1 to 5 days to deliver.
What is Cariloha's returns and refunds policy?
Cariloha provides a 100-night trial for their mattresses, comfort base, bedsheets, and pillows, after using them for at least 30 days. You can return all other products within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are processed, and you will receive the new item in 12 business days. You will pay for transportation and handling fees. Expect refunds within five business days.
Does Cariloha offer a warranty?
Yes. You can return the comfort base and bed frame within a year if they have manufacturer defects at no cost. The comfort base also has a 2-year motor warranty and a 10-year limited warranty on parts. Warranty does not apply to damage from misuse, repairs from unauthorized people, or if you exceed the recommended weight.
Does Cariloha offer price matching?
No. However, Cariloha will adjust your purchase price if it reduces the cost of a mattress within 15 days after you place the order. They will change the price of all other merchandise within five days of submitting your order.
