What is Carousel Checks' policy on shipping?
When you order checks from Carousel Checks, how fast you'll receive your order will depend on the shipping method you use. For instance, if you use Bulk Mail and your address is in the continental U.S., you will receive your order in two to three weeks from the date you placed your order. Priority Mail will take about six to 10 days.
Can I place an order via mail?
Yes, you can place an order for personal and laser checks by mail. When doing so, ensure you send a completed order form, a voided check from the supply you currently have, a deposit slip, and a payment check to Carousel Checks.
Can I return checks after receiving them if I don't like them?
Yes, you can return checks if they're defective, within three weeks (21 days) of the original date of sale. However, you can't return custom-printed checks if they have typographical errors that were a result of your own doing during submission. When you return items, Carousel Checks will not cover the shipping fees if it chooses to provide a refund.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it's not already printed. This will cost you a service charge of $5 for every line item. Unfortunately, you can't cancel an order if Carousel Checks has already printed it. If you do, you will only receive a refund of the shipping fees minus a $5 service charge.
