Do Catbird items have a warranty?
Yes! The Catbird warranty is only eligible for purchases made directly from their store locations and website. Items purchases from any resellers must be handled directly through that third-party. Within the first year of purchase, they offer complimentary resizes on eligible styles, diamond or stone tightening, and ring reshaping. If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, Catbird will cover any repair or replacement fees. The warranty doesn't cover any lost items.
How do stylist appointments work?
Catbird’s styling and gifting appointments are either 15 or 30 minutes, but they also offer “Love & Engagement'' appointments that last for 45 minutes. Before they will ask you some questions to tailor the session to you and your needs. After, there will be follow up and send photos, sizing info and more details to help you make the best decision.
