What's the return policy?
If you find out that the glasses you ordered aren't a good fit, you have 14 days to return them. Make sure they are unworn and in their original packaging. Returnees incur the return shipping cost. Once accepted, CoolFrames.com will refund you less a $10 fee. You can request store credits instead of a cash refund. Please note that prescription glasses are non-returnable as each lens is custom-cut.
