Crazy Shirts offers a hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your order, whether you’ve purchased online, through the catalog or in person, return the item with your original receipt within 90 days for a full refund. All returns after 90 days will be issued store credit. No receipt or gift receipt returns will receive an electronic gift card.

Visit the Return Policy page online before submitting your item and receipt. Click Start a Return and input your order number, email address, or phone number to locate your order. Continue following the prompts until you reach the shipping label. Print the USPS label and pack the items in their original condition.

All Crazy Shirts orders are shipped using Standard or Expedited shipping. Orders shipped using the Standard shipping method will arrive in 5 to 7 days. Expedited shipping estimates are as follows: FedEx Economy (3-4 business days), FedEx Standard (1-2 business days), and USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days).

To protect the quality of your Crazy Shirts’ specialty-dyed items, always wash them in cold water, either alone or with clothes of a similar color. Always avoid bleach and hot water. Hot water may cause the colors to run and fade.
