What is Day-Timer's returns and refunds policy?
You can return new and unused items within 30 days from the shipment date. Custom and clearance items are final sale and therefore are non-returnable. Day-Timer will not refund shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or there was an error in delivery. It takes them 7-10 business days to process refunds.
