What is the Epson shipping policy?
If everything you order is in stock, this merchant generally ships your order within one business day of receipt of your order and verification of your credit card. Estimated delivery dates are based upon orders received by 1 p.m. PT Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If your order is placed and approved before 1 p.m. PT Monday through Friday, it will generally ship on the same day from our warehouse. Orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday generally ship on Monday. No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Items ordered together may ship separately. You must provide a street address. Carrier will not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses including U.S Territories/Provinces. If you would like to have your package left at your address without requiring a signature, please contact the carrier to have your signature on file. The package will only be left without a signature at the discretion of the carrier's driver even if you do provide a signature on file. Orders shipping Overnight and 2-Day will be delivered on a business day, Monday through Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturday and Sunday. Overnight shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. Ground delivery takes approximately two to seven business days once your order has been processed.
What is the Epson return policy?
Epson offers a 30-day return window for exchange/credit from the date of purchase. All merchandise for return must be in original condition with its original packaging. Any accompanying manuals, disks, and/or or supplies must be returned with the product. If a product returned incomplete or in less than original condition, Epson may assess a 10% service charge and bill it directly to your credit card. To request a return for exchange/credit, you will need an authorization number and return instructions from customer service.
