Standard shipping is free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping starts from $14.99. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Packages for in-stock dresses are shipped within 48 hours of placing your order, except for made to order dresses. Products with the "DELIVERY WITHIN 4 BUSINESS DAYS" label will be delivered within four business days.
What about returns and exchanges with Ever-Pretty?
Please request and ship your return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Final Sale items (marked as such at checkout) are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless the return is due to a quality issue. If your dress isn't quite the one, try another! The merchant offers free exchange shipping to make sure you get the dress you love. You just pay $14.99 for the return label. If the new dress is priced higher, simply pay the difference. The merchant ships the new dress once they receive the original dress.
