What is the Fender Shop shipping policy?
Standard shipping is free in the United States, except for orders under $50, which costs $4.99. Standard shipping takes 7 to 10 business days to arrive. FedEx 2-Day Shipping costs between $24.99 and $238.99, depending on the weight of your items. FedEx Next Day is $34.99 to $249.99, again based on weight. The two faster shipping options process the same if they are placed by 8 a.m. PT on Monday through Friday.
How do returns work?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return for a refund of the purchase price to your credit card or exchange it for the same product within 30 days of receipt (excluding harmonicas and In Ear Monitors). The merchant does not accept returns on any Mod Shop orders. All Mod Shop purchases are final. All returned items for change of mind must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dings or scrapes and include all original packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, etc. (if applicable). Fender will issue a prepaid shipping label to minimize your return cost. The cost of shipping your returned item back to Fender will be deducted from your overall credit or refund. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the original shipping cost of the product(s) returned will also be deducted from your credit or refund.
