What is the Firstleaf shipping policy?
Federal regulations require that the carrier receive a signature from someone 21 or older upon delivery. Please have your photo ID ready. FedEx shipments requiring an adult signature will also require a government-issued ID to be scanned at the point of delivery. Firstleaf ships through FedEx or UPS. You can have it sent to a hold location if that is easier for you. Club orders for six bottles have a shipping charge of $19.95. The cost goes up to $29.95 for a dozen bottles.
How do returns work at Firstleaf?
Firstleaf cannot return wine with UPS/FedEx once it's delivered. However, if a shipment came too soon, you can always push back your next club order to a later date. If you do not wish to receive an order, simply refuse the delivery and it will be sent back for a refund less a $25 restocking fee. If you're not satisfied with how a bottle tastes, Firstleaf will credit you for it, where legal. Reach out to customer service within 30 days of delivery. You'll receive a store credit for any disliked bottles, less any shipping fees.
