What is the FootJoy shipping policy?
Order processing takes up to 48 hours. Standard shipping is delivered five to nine business days after order acceptance. Expedited shipping is two to four business days. Next-day shipping arrives one to four business days after acceptance. Orders must be received by noon ET to be processed that same day. Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more.
How do returns work?
The merchant will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise with all labels and garment tags attached within 30 days of original purchase date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for returns. Contact customer service to start the process. If using your original shipping box for packaging your return, please remove any shipping labels. Securely attach the printed return shipping label to the outside of your return package. Please do not use your shoebox as the shipping box when returning footwear. You may track your return using the tracking number from the printed return shipping label. Once your return is received at the warehouse, please allow 7 to 10 business days for credits to post to your original form of payment, and one to two billing cycles for credits to appear on your monthly statement.
