What is Habibi NY's refund policy?
You can return a scent if you don't like it. Habibi NY makes this possible by sending every full-size perfume with a trial-size vial. This lets you first try the vial, so you can ascertain that you like the scent. If you don't like it, we recommend that you don't open the full bottle because then you can't send it back for a refund or exchange. Remember to return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Does Habibi NY offer exchanges?
Products eligible for exchange must meet the return eligibility conditions: Initiate the exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Product must be unopened and in resaleable condition. Exchanges incur a $10 processing fee, which will be invoiced upon receipt of the returned product. Products may be exchanged for an item of equal, lesser, or greater value. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
How do I make a return?
