What is the shipping policy of Georgia Boot?
When you order online you can expect your order to ship within one to two business days, Monday through Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. You get free shipping on orders $75+ (pre-tax) within the contiguous United States. Free shipping usually happens through FedEx Ground Economy, and they usually take up to 10 business days. Orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for the standard free shipping offer. The options for shipping to those regions are USPS at a flat fee of $15 per pair/item ($22.50 for items under $75) or FedEx 2-day at a flat fee of $35 ($42.50 for items under $75) per pair/item. Expedited delivery service is available for select web orders and applies to those orders placed during regular business days before 2 p.m. ET. Orders placed outside of this time frame will be processed the next business day.
How do refunds and returns work?
To receive a full refund, products must be in new, unused condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. The refund amount will not include any costs associated with shipping. The merchant offers free returns on orders over $75. Contact customer service to initiate a return. Please allow 48 hours to process your request. It could take up to 15 business days (or more during the busy season) from the time your return is received by the Distribution Center, until the time the credit/replacement order is issued.
