Most orders are processed within 7 business days, and delivery typically takes 2-10 business days. Homesick ships to APO/FPO boxes. For international orders, they ship to Canada for a flat rate, though international shipping doesn't qualify for free shipping and can take up to three weeks to deliver.
Does Homesick accept returns?
Homesick accepts returns of unused candles in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. However, you cannot return personalized products, except when they arrive defective. Homesick apparel, lip balms, oil, honey, soap, gift baskets, and cutting boards are also not eligible for returns, outside of defects. Refunds take 1-2 weeks for the funds to appear back in your account.
