Can you purchase Hyatt gift cards?
Yes, Hyatt offers physical gift cards and digital e-gift cards for purchase, available in amounts of $10 to $2,000. Both versions come in different themes, such as thank you, holiday, wedding, birthday and more. Digital e-gift cards can be emailed to you and printed out, or they can be sent directly to the recipient on a scheduled delivery date.
What is Hyatt’s Best Rate Guarantee program?
Hyatt's Best Rate Guarantee program rewards guests who find a lower qualifying rate for a participating hotel through a third party by matching the rate and offering one of two rewards: either 5,000 World of Hyatt bonus points or a 20% discount on the rate. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of booking on Hyatt.com and meet specific terms and conditions. The competing rate must match various criteria including the same hotel, room type, number of guests, dates of stay, and cancellation policy. If a valid claim is confirmed, Hyatt will match the rate and honor the selected reward. Each claim covers one room, and guests can submit up to three claims per night. The guarantee only applies to the total room rate, not taxes or other fees. Evidence of a lower rate, such as a URL or screenshots, is required for the claim.
