What is the Illesteva shipping policy?
The merchant offers free shipping on orders over $200. They ship through UPS Ground for all domestic orders. Please allow three to five days for your order to be processed. Once shipped, orders should arrive in three to seven business days. Prescription and custom lens orders will take longer, so please add 10 business days to the processing time for these types of orders.
How do refunds work?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the shipment of your order to request a return authorization from this merchant's returns portal.
