What is Intelligentsia Coffee's shipping policy?
All orders that are placed by 3 p.m. CT will roast and ship the following business day. The company does not roast on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed after Thursday at 3 p.m. and before Saturday at 3 p.m. will roast and ship on Monday. Orders placed after Saturday at 3 p.m. and before Monday at 3 p.m. will roast and ship on Tuesday.
How do returns work at Intelligentsia Coffee?
The company does not accept returns on coffee because coffee is roasted to order and it is perishable. If there was an error with your order, if you were dissatisfied with your coffee, have questions about how to brew it, or concerns about the quality, contact customer support within 30 days of your purchase. For items that aren't coffee, reach out to customer service within 30 days of your purchase. Intelligentsia Coffee does not accept returns on grinders, kettles, or anything that has been used.
