What is Lladró's shipping and return policy?
Lladró ships internationally to the U.S. and U.K. You will, however, foot the customs and taxes involved during delivery. The order total, including shipping costs, will be displayed during checkout. They do not ship to P.O. Boxes. It takes no more than seven working days to deliver to Europe and the U.S.
Can I return or exchange a Lladró item if I change my mind?
If you receive defective/damaged goods, report within 24 hours. For other returns, contact customer service within 30 days. If you return it within 15 days, Lladró will not charge you the return shipping costs. Personalized items are not eligible for returns. Lladró processes refunds within 14 calendar days.
Does Lladró offer a warranty?
Yes, under the Lladró Assurance program, Lladró will replace broken pieces with a written request. You must activate the warranty before you can claim it. Jewelry has a 24-month warranty. The free replacement only applies to one breakage. After the warranty period, you can apply for a replacement on the same model for a 33% discount. You will pay for the shipping cost. The warranty does not cover items under the lighting category.
