Expedited 2-day shipping is available at a cost, and orders will arrive in two business days. LOOK Optic does not offer international shipping, but international shoppers can use Bloomingdale's.
What is LOOK Optic's return policy?
LOOK Optic has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so yes, you can return items. They also offer a 90-day trial period. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days. Exchanges are free, but returns incur an $8 restocking fee. Returns after 90 days are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Final Sale items and damaged items are non-returnable.
Does LOOK Optic offer a warranty?
Yes. If your lenses, frames, or hinges break within one year of purchase, send them back to LOOK Optic for repairs or replacement. The warranty does not cover damage from abnormal usage, such as scratches on lenses or sitting/stepping on them.
