How does shipping work at Mignon Faget?
Most orders placed are shipped within one to three business days of receipt, based on availability of merchandise. A customer service representative will contact you should there be a delay in shipment. Because Mignon Faget jewelry is hand-crafted, some pieces may require four to six weeks for delivery. Jewelry designs are packaged in a tarnish preventive pouch with care instructions. Mignon Faget Gift Boxes are available as an option in checkout, and price information is never included in your shipment. The merchant does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Shipping prices are within the United States only. All jewelry purchases over $1,000 must be shipped with signature required and insured. Packages are picked up and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Packages are not shipped out on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on the website after 3 p.m. CT will be processed the following business day.
How do refunds or exchanges work?
If you are not delighted with your purchase, merchandise will be accepted in the mail order department for return only if the items are in un-worn, saleable condition within 30 days of purchase and are accompanied by a receipt. Refunds on returned merchandise will be issued only if an original receipt is received within the package. If a receipt is not received for a return/refund item, store credit will be issued. Refunds with receipt are given to the original card or financing method used in purchase. Gift recipients and purchases made with Bitcoin are eligible for exchange or will be issued a non-refundable store credit. Special orders and last chance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Free returns do not apply to repairs and return shipping charges will apply at the time of the repair.
