What is GE Professional Discounts' shipping and delivery policy?
GE Appliances handles shipping to all 50 contiguous U.S. states. It does not ship to APO, Canada, or P.O. Boxes. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, while the 2-day delivery option takes two business days at a higher cost. Next day delivery arrives the following day and costs the most. Please note that GE delivers on weekends and holidays, so make your purchases appropriately to avoid disappointment.
What is GE Professional Discounts' returns and exchanges policy?
You get a 60-day window to return an unused small appliance. Larger appliances have a much tighter return window: 7 days. If you return a large item after 7 days but before 30 days, you will incur a 25% penalty plus pick-up fee. No returns for large items after 30 days. Return appliances to claim a refund or replacement using the same process. All items for which you request a refund must be in like-new condition.
