How do refunds or exchanges work?
Customers must fulfill a 30-day trial period before requesting a refund. The merchant offers a 365 Night Sleep Trial. All mattresses have a 20-year warranty for structural or cosmetic defects, but doesn't cover normal wear and tear or personal changes in sleep preferences.
