What is the shipping policy of Next US?
Shipping is currently free for all orders over $90. Orders under $90 will be charged at $5 for shipping per order. Your order will normally be delivered within five to six working days. Delivery lead times will be confirmed at checkout. Please allow extra days for delivery during American holidays, weekends, and sales time. Shipping to an alternative address other than the account address is not possible. This includes a work address, P.O. boxes, or an address in another country. Please be aware that if you place multiple orders close to each other, they may be packed together to ensure you receive the goods as quickly as possible.
How do returns work?
You can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Cosmetics, toiletries, certain jewellery can only be returned if faulty. Where a product has a security sticker warning that the product cannot be returned once the sticker is removed, a refund will not be given if the seal is broken. You are responsible for paying for shipping a return back to the warehouse. That fee is currently $10. There is no exchange policy. Simply return the item you do not want and order a new item.
