What’s the shipping policy?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within one to two business days. Nutrishop ships to all 50 states plus APO/FPO addresses. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, unless you have a promo code for free shipping.
What’s the return policy?
You can return any product within 30 days if it’s at least 90% full. If Nutrishop issues you a prepaid return label, $5.95 is deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of receiving your return. Exchanges are available, though return shipping is not reimbursed. If you receive a damaged product, contact customer service with your order details and a photo of the damage so they can arrange a replacement.
Does Nutrishop match prices?
Online, Nutrishop does not match competitor prices. However, some physical locations offer low-price guarantees, so it’s worth asking if you shop in-store.
How do I apply coupons or discounts?
