The retailer pays for surcharges for long rolls of fabric because they are unusually shaped. If you want a free sample, those are shipped for free. Standard ground shipping usually takes three to five business days. Expedited shipping is available. Expedited orders received after 2:30 p.m. ET will be processed the following day.
How does OnlineFabricStore handle returns and refunds?
Returns for refund must be received within 30 days of the original ship date. Refunds are usually issued five to seven days after the items are received and processed. Shipping fees are not refundable.
