What is the PrintPapa returns process?
If you are not satisfied with an order, you must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt. Because printing is customized, you cannot return an order just because you changed your mind. PrintPapa may require you to ship the original order back to their Santa Clara office at your own expense for inspection.
What is the PrintPapa refund policy?
PrintPapa offers a satisfaction guarantee but typically does not provide cash refunds for custom orders. Instead, they offer to reprint the job or issue a credit to your account, known as Papa Dollars. If the rare cash refund is granted, it will exclude all shipping, postage, and any processing fees.
Can PrintPapa ship internationally?
PrintPapa primarily ships to addresses within the United States using UPS. They can facilitate an international order, but you are responsible for all additional costs. This includes any import duties, local taxes, or customs charges required by your country.
What happens if the order is defective?
If your order has manufacturing flaws or workmanship defects, the company will reprint it at no extra cost. You must report the issue immediately and return the defective order for their team to review. They do not cover errors made by the customer, such as spelling mistakes or low-quality images in the artwork.
