Purple offers standard ground shipping, which takes 5-10 business days depending on the carrier. You can also opt for in-home setup with or without mattress removal. All shipping is completely free within the 48 contiguous United States! There is an extra charge to ship to Alaska and Hawaii, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

What is Purple's return policy?
According to Purple’s return policy, you have 100 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Purple mattress. Since it takes time for your body to adjust to better support, Purple requires that you sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 21 days before requesting a return. Your return is eligible for a refund as long as the mattress is clean and undamaged. Pillows follow the same return policy but require a minimum trial period of 30 days before return. Seat cushions and bedding don’t require a trial period and must be returned clean and undamaged within 30 days of purchase.
