Rent the Runway only ships within the United States. RTR does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Free standard shipping is included in all membership plans. For one-time rentals, Rent the Runway automatically selects the best shipping option to ensure your order arrives on your select delivery date. The time of day you place your order will determine your eligibility for certain shipping rates. Purchases ship separately from rentals for $6.95 and typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
How do I get free shipping at Rent the Runway?
Rent the Runway members always receive free standard shipping on every order. Members will never pay an extra shipping fee for membership orders.
What is Rent the Runway's return policy?
Rent the Runway’s return policy varies depending on whether you rented or purchased your items. For rentals, pack up your items in the garment bag they arrived in. Accessories and handbags should be returned in their dust bags or boxes. Attach the prepaid return label on the outside of the bag and send your garment back via UPS. Return your items on or before your rental end date to avoid late fees. Home Pickup is available in select zip codes for membership orders. All purchases, excluding final sale items, can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund. A restocking fee of $5.95 plus tax for each returned item and the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
