SixThreeZero offers free standard shipping in the continental United States through FedEx, UPS, or LTL Trucking for oversized orders. The method of shipping depends on the item size and weight. Bicycles, e-bikes and e-trikes arrive 80 to 90% assembled, depending on the type and model. Orders will generally ship within five business days and in most cases you will receive your order in about one week. A small, non-refundable handling fee is added to each order to support the extra care that goes into your purchase. Every item is carefully inspected for defects, accuracy, and proper operation before it leaves the merchant's facility. It's then packed using high鈥憅uality materials to help prevent damage during shipping. This fee also helps cover the trained team and processes that ensure you consistently receive your products in excellent condition.
How do refunds work?
This merchant offers a 30-day test ride for your e-bike or e-trike. There are no restocking fees and no return shipping fees during this return period. Standard bicycles, tricycles, and scooters do not qualify for the free return shipping. Customers will still have 30 days to test their bicycle, tricycle or scooter, but if they choose to return their item they will incur the cost of the return shipping fee.
