Processing and handling prebuilt PCs typically takes five to seven business days and then one to six transit days for shipping. Processing and handling custom PCs typically takes three to five business days and then one to six transit days for shipping through ground shipping. Expedited custom builds reduce the processing time to one to three business days.
What about returns and exchanges with Skytech Gaming?
No return of merchandise will be accepted without first securing a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number provided by Skytech Gaming. You must submit evidence of purchase date, Order ID or Invoice Number, reason for return, exchange, or refund, and RMA number. No refund, credit, or exchange is allowed after 30 days from the date of the invoice on all PCs. All PCs returned must have the RMA number prominently displayed on the shipping label. All products returned must be securely packed and delivered to Skytech Gaming in an undamaged condition.
